About Arcomusa
We show the way in.
Arcomusa gathers, city by city, the free things that museums and galleries make for children: colouring pages, crafts, games, videos, stories and teaching materials. Then it sends you straight to the official source.
The name
Arcomusa · ar-ko-MOO-sa
It reads and sounds the same in French, English, Spanish, Italian and Dutch.
arco
The arch, the doorway. Every museum visit starts by walking through one.

musa
The muse: whatever sparks a child’s curiosity, from a dinosaur skeleton to a painting’s hidden detail.

What we do, and what we don’t
What you’ll find
Free resources that institutions make for children and teenagers, from 0 to 18:
- Colouring pages
- Arts & crafts
- Printable activities & games
- Online games
- Videos
- Stories & podcasts
- Virtual tours
- For your visit
- Educational resources & teaching materials
Each one is tagged by age band (0–6, 7–14, 15+), type, theme and language.
What we don’t do
- We host nothing. Every resource opens on the institution’s own website, so you always get the official, up-to-date version.
- Our editors choose every listing. You can suggest a resource below; they look at it before anything is added.
- Every resource listed is free. Prices shown are the venue’s admission, paid on site directly to the museum; Arcomusa charges nothing.
What every listing gives you
Chosen by our editors
Every venue and resource you see was picked by a person, for children.
Described for families
Age band, type, theme and language, plus the link to the source. Nothing is copied.
Checked and dated
Each venue shows the date our editors last checked it.
Know a resource we’re missing?
Suggest it: our editors will look at it before adding it. A venue, a booklet, a video, anything helps.
Who it’s for
